CAD Design with 3D-Printed Prototyping

Turn your ideas into practical, manufacturable products.

Whether you have an initial idea, a rough sketch or an existing product that needs improving, we develop a solution around your requirements.

Designs can then be brought to life through 3D-printed prototyping, refined through testing, then progressed into small-batch production.

A person is drawing a geometric design with a pencil and a ruler on white paper, which includes circles and lines, possibly for an art or technical project.

SCOPE

Every project begins with a conversation to understand your idea. We’ll discuss your requirements, quantities, materials, timescale and budget before assessing the most suitable design and manufacturing approach. You’ll then receive a clear outline of the recommended next steps and an initial cost estimate.

DESIGN

Following the initial project scoping stage, we can develop your requirements into a practical, manufacture-ready design. This service can include concept development, 3D CAD modelling, material selection, design optimisation and agreed revisions.

PROTOTYPE

Your idea or problem is developed into a practical CAD design based on the agreed requirements. Throughout this stage, we consider functionality, appearance, material selection and manufacturability, refining the concept into a detailed design ready for 3D-printed prototyping.

PRODUCE

Once the final design has been approved, we can manufacture your product through in-house 3D printing, from a single finished item to repeatable small-batch production.
