Who We Are

Brabazon Forgeworks is a small, Bristol-based product design and 3D-printing business, shaped by practical engineering experience and the city’s proud aviation heritage. We help individuals, hobbyists, startups and established businesses turn ideas into functional 3D-printed products from initial concepts and detailed CAD design, through to prototypes and small-batch production.

Our approach is straightforward: understand the problem, develop a practical solution and manufacture it with care. Whether refining an existing design or starting with little more than an idea, we provide an accessible and dependable route from concept to finished product.

Alongside our design and manufacturing services, we offer a range of ready-to-order products, designed in-house and inspired by our aviation heritage. Spanning practical solutions and distinctive decorative pieces, each product is developed and manufactured with the same considered, engineering-led approach as our custom work.

Jamie Turner MEng (Hons) IEng MIMechE

I’m Jamie, the founder and designer behind Brabazon Forgeworks. A qualified Mechanical Engineer and serving RAF Engineering Officer, I established this business as a creative outlet for the part of engineering I enjoy most: taking an idea and turning it into something real.

I design, prototype and manufacture my products in-house using 3D printing. Most of my designs start with a practical problem or an idea for how something could work better. Every product is developed with usefulness, practicality and good design in mind.

Alongside developing original Brabazon Forgeworks products, I work directly with clients to develop ideas of their own. Whether someone comes to me with a detailed concept or simply a problem that needs solving, I work with them to understand what they need, refine the idea and turn it into something practical, distinctive and well-engineered.
